Who we are...
Founded in 2001, The Tech Connection provides
companies the ability take advantage of technology to improve
their bottom line. Our coverage for computer support service
lies within the metropolitan St. Louis area including parts
of Illinois as far as Mascoutah and Highland. Our coverage
for web design is nationwide.
In only two years, The Tech Connection has
gained recognition for its quality of service and excellent
technical support. With no real advertising, clientele has
more than doubled between the years 2002-2003 via word-of-mouth.
What we do...
We at The Tech Connection offer computer support
to home users. We realize from years of technical support,
many problems can be fixed within a day. We also realize most
people do not have time to spend hours on the phone with tech
support or the ability to carry their computers to a shop.
As apart of our service, we come to our client's residence
at their convenience. If a trip to the shop is necessary,
we will pick up the computer and bring it back quickly with
the problem solved.
In addition to our home support, we offer
business support to companies in the St. Louis metropolitan
area. We realize that many businesses do not have a big budget
for a technical support staff. Our business support service
includes maintaining computers. In addition, we offer printer
and computer resource-sharing via a network. This service
includes disaster recovery planning, network design and maintenance.
To make it easy for our clients, we have created affordable
service plans and provide a free initial consultation.
To satisfy the growing need for a professional
and reliable web site, we offer full service web design. From
front-end design to back-end server support, our range of
web design service allows us to provide solutions that are
